Cancelation Policy 

We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancelation fees*. We also understand that extenuating circumstances can prevent you from canceling in a timely manner. if you contact the salon, we will do our best to help you. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We, in turn, ask for your understanding that we try to accommodate all of our guest with their desired appointment times and therefore late cancelations can prevent us from filling desired time slots and servicing another guest.
