How do I book an appointment online?

You can book an appt with any of our service providers by clicking any of the Book Now buttons found on the services page. Please note that all services are alacarte. Therefore, all desired services should be selected individually.

Do you require deposits for appointments?

​

We do not require a deposit for appointments, but you will be asked to provide debit/credit card information to secure your spot. Please note: the card information you provide will also be used to charge late cancelations per our cancelation policy 

What is included in your services?

​

All of our services are alacarte with a couple of exceptions. Our relaxer service as well as full highlight services prices include your styling option but please note that when scheduling these services, the styling option must also be selected. Adjustments will be handled upon checkout.

Are packages available for services?

Yes.We currently have packages available for styling services, but any services can be packaged in groups of four.

If I'm running late, how long do I have to get to my appointment?

​

We all run behind sometimes and many times it's out of our control. With this in mind, we grant every appointment a 15-minute grace period before cancelation*. We ask that if you know that you are running behind to let us know ASAP. This will allow us to make any adjustments, if possible, including rescheduling your appointment to prevent any inconvenience for the next guest.

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my visit?

​

In general, we do not ask that our guest do anything to prepare for their visit but there are some exceptions to the rule. If you have had a protective style such as braids or extensions that will be removed prior to your appointment, we ask that you comb through your hair to move any loose hair. This will enable us to get through your scheduled appointment in a timely manner. Failure to do so, will incur a service charge.

Do you have internet service available for guest?

Yes, we provide internet service for our guest to use at their discretion. At your request you will be provided with the username and password. 

Can I bring my children?

​

Treatment Salon is a family friendly environment, and we welcome children to accompany their parents on a visit. However, with a salon containing equipment that could be dangerous for more energetic children, we ask that you govern your children accordingly. If management determines that your child may be at risk for harming themselves due to their behavior, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and cancelation fees may apply.
